...Thank you so much for the fantastic red velvet cake for my father's 70th birthday.  We had a cookout for about 50 people and no one knew it was a gluten free cake.  Lots of people came back for seconds.  The cake was moist, flavorful and the cream cheese frosting was just right - not too sweet.

...The picture doesn't even do the cake justice. It was so beautiful, and incredibly delicious. My parents were surprised and so thrilled when their celiac grandson could share their beautiful cake!

...Cherry Blossom Cakes - The cupcakes Cherry Blossom brought to the Spree were so good, Brooke and I both smuggled six packs home with us. The cake could easily pass for the real thing and founder Molly Evans...started the gig for her son, so that his celiac diagnosis wouldn’t keep him from enjoying life’s simple pleasures …  All of the flavors are moist, not overly sweet and generally sinful.
